  • Complimentary Sizing

    • One complimentary ring resizing is included within 45 days of delivery. Shipping costs may apply.

    • Additional sizing requests may require a service fee depending on design and metal type.

    NKD One-Year Setting Coverage

    • NKD Fine Jewels provides a one-year setting coverage starting from the delivery date.

    • This coverage includes repairs related to normal daily wear, such as minor prong adjustments, small accent diamonds on the band becoming loose or dislodged, and minor setting-related concerns.

    • Complimentary polishing and rhodium plating are included within the first year.

    Manufacturing Review

    • Any concerns related to craftsmanship or production will be reviewed by NKD Fine Jewels.

    • All pieces must be inspected before any repair is approved.

    • If an issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing-related defect, repairs will be completed at no cost.

    Items Not Included in Coverage

    • Damage resulting from lack of routine care or inspections.

    • Damage caused by excessive force, improper handling, or high-impact activities including exercise, manual labor, repetitive glove use, or forceful contact.

    • Loss, theft, or accidental damage.

    • Center stones are not covered under this policy.

    Service & Repair Requests

    • All service and warranty requests are subject to inspection prior to approval.

    • If a repair falls outside of the coverage outlined above, a repair estimate will be provided before work begins.

    • Any work, alteration, resizing, or repair performed by another jeweler or third party will void NKD Fine Jewels’ warranty.

    Care Recommendation

    • Fine jewelry requires proper care to maintain its integrity. We recommend removing your jewelry during strenuous activities and scheduling routine inspections to ensure longevity.
